CAN I WASH MY WATCH STRAP?
It depends on the material of your strap:
Leather: Please do not wash leather straps with water, as it can damage the natural material and texture. For cleaning, we recommend using a professional leather cleaner or visiting a watch specialist.
Mesh & Stainless Steel: Yes! You can gently scrub the metal strap with a soft toothbrush and a mix of mild soap and water. Tip: Detach the strap from the watch face first to avoid getting the movement wet.
HOW DO I FIND MY FIT OR ADJUST THE STRAP
1.Pro Tip: For an accurate fit, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist bone. Make sure it's snug but comfortable.
2.Flat measurement: Once marked, simply lay the strip flat on a desk and measure it with a ruler for the final result.
IS MY WATCH WATERPROOF?
Your Golden Maple watch is water-resistant up to 3ATM (30 meters). This means itās "life-proof"āit can handle rain, splashes while washing hands, or a bit of sweat. However, it is not designed for swimming, showering, or diving. We recommend taking it off before jumping into the pool to keep it in pristine condition.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
