Changed your mind? You can return your watch within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Your watch must be unworn and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The protective film on the watch face should remain intact
  • You must have your original proof of purchase or order number

Important: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we're unable to offer refunds, but we're always happy to help with exchanges or repairs.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at goldenmaplewatch@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Let us know which watch you'd like to exchange for
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label (complimentary for exchanges)
  4. Ship your original watch back to us
  5. Once received, we'll send out your new watch immediately

Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your new watch ships.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Simply print it out and attach it to your package.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack your watch securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping location.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Watches that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Watches with scratches, dents, or water damage
  • Custom or personalized items

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every watch before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right immediately.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Our Guarantee: For damaged or defective items, we'll send you a replacement right away at no cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

We accept returns from international customers. Please note:

  • You're responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
