Size & Fit Guide
Our bracelets feature a standard length of 140-170MM, designed to fit most wrists elegantly. Please follow the guide below to measure your wrist and easily adjust the links for a custom fit.
Wrap the strip at the smallest part of your wrist.
Measure it flat with a ruler.
Identify the arrows on the interior of the bracelet. Apply steady pressure to push the pin out.
Reconnect the bracelet by sliding the pin back into the hole, typically opposite to removal direction.

Worldwide Delivery
We offer FREE worldwide express shipping for all orders placed on our website. Once dispatched from our warehouse, deliveries typically take an average of 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. If you place an order during the weekend or a public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Once dispatched, orders will take approximately 5–8 working days to arrive.
We will give priority to our warehouse in Ontario, California, as the dispatch location.

Warranty
INTERNATIONAL Warranty
This GOLDEN MAPLE International Warranty applies to watches sold or presented for warranty service worldwide. Your GOLDEN MAPLE watch is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"), subject to the following conditions.

Shipping & Delivery
We'll send a shipping confirmation the moment your order leaves the studio.
Every order is prepared and shipped within 3 business days. We partner with FedEx — once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days on average. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted in that window. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
If the tracking link in your shipping email doesn't work, copy the tracking number and search it directly at 17TRACK.
Carrier tracking can occasionally mark a package as delivered a day or two early. In most cases, it shows up shortly after. While you wait, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office — they often have more details than the tracking screen does. If it still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Orders & Returns
We're happy to help. Email support@goldenmaplewatch.com with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible — we can make changes only before your order enters the packing stage. During launches and high-volume periods, address changes may be limited.

Product & Care
Every Golden Maple watch comes with a 24-month international warranty, starting from your date of purchase. If anything doesn't feel right — we'll make it right.
All Golden Maple watches are water resistant to 3 ATM — meaning they handle rain and splashes, but shouldn't be submerged or exposed to direct water pressure. We recommend removing your watch before bathing, swimming, or any activity with prolonged water exposure. Water damage is not covered under our 2-year warranty.

Store Properly
Keep your watch in a cool, dry place — away from magnetic fields and extreme temperatures. A dedicated watch box or soft pouch prevents scratches and preserves its finish.

Avoid Chemicals
Keep your watch away from perfumes, cleaning products, and prolonged water exposure such as showers or saunas. Heat and chemicals can compromise the seals and finish.

Physical Activities
Remove your watch before strenuous sports. This protects the internal movement from impact and prevents perspiration from affecting the case and strap.

Regular Cleaning
Gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp, soft cloth to remove daily residue. Dry thoroughly afterwards to preserve the original lustre of the metal.
Note
Prolonged water exposure can cause leather straps to deteriorate.
